CHALLENGE: Complete the site redesign and visual effort for Providence Health’s Express Care websites. The websites needed to convey three key concepts to tell the Express Care story: immediacy, convenience, and access
PROCESS: Conduct user research, including requirements gathering, individual interviews, and group interview sessions.
RESULTS: Based on the user research, interviews, and the initial artifacts created, a final interactive prototype was used to inform the site design of Providence Health’s Express Care websites.
