CHALLENGE: Nordstrom was updating their product pages by adding video to the experience. Interactive and visual design was needed for Nordstrom’s desktop and mobile web experiences.
PROCESS: Insights from requirements gathering were used to document user flows and create an interactive prototype for usability testing.
RESULTS: Usability testing resulted in an updated prototype and user flows. The product page redesign satisfied all parties and reflected a new product page experience at nordstrom.com. The final prototype was used to inform development of the product page redesign.
